  The bed in the master room is broken. There is a huge dip in the right side of it as if someone jumped in it. The customer service agent who keeps up with the house told me the mattress should “come back to shape” although I let him know it was broken but just pressed down. The sheets in the second bedroom had stains on them. The dryer did not finish a cycle therefore I could not dry the bedding. I informed the customer service guy and he was very adamant that these were new sheets and there could not be stains. I provided photos. He later dropped off a new sheet set. The dining table and fridge shelves were sticky. There appeared to be a fight in the home prior to my arrival and the guests damaged the home. He informed me if this the day of my arrival and I was not given a partial refund of any sort. The hosting company later emailed stating they were investigating this matter. Just don’t book it.

  - The guests who stayed just before your arrival caused unexpected damage, and with limited time between stays, we addressed as much as possible and shared photos with you before check-in.
  - The master bedroom mattress has since been replaced to ensure a better experience for future guests.
  - The sheets provided were new, but when you noted staining, we delivered an additional fresh set right away.
  - Our team also responded to your requests during the stay, including providing extra paper towels and support with supplies.

  I brought 6 teenagers with me for a quick birthday trip, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. The place is spacious and well-appointed. I appreciated the host's communication and information provided to us.

  This was a new listing when we stayed. Plenty of room in the home. Beds were comfortable. One issue we had was taken care of right away, the host was very responsive. There are a lot of stairs, which was fine for us, but may not be for everyone. The location was perfect for our needs and easy to get on and off the highway.

  the place was spacious and well equipped for our one night stay. the hosts were available 24/7 for any needs. would def recommend a stay and we will come back here
