5/5 Property was in Montrose, close to food, shopping and the medical area. We loved how close it was to NRG where we showed every day. It was a quiet neighborhood with lots of optional nightlife. Would love to use again

Fabulous bungalow in the heart of Montrose
5/5 Want some place close to just about everything? This was it. My husband and I come to Houston for the World Series Dog Show. This home was fantastic! It was only 15 minutes, with traffic from the show site. It had a fenced in front and back yard for the dogs to relieve themselves. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Even on Friday and Saturday nights when the neighbors were enjoying themselves outdoors, it didn't disturb our peaceful area. Within a 5 minute drive we enjoyed world class dining at Kirans. We were 20 minutes away from the Gallaria, and only about an hour away from Galveston beach.
The home itself was well insulated. We were there in July during 100+ degree temps with oppressive humidity, and still felt cool and comfortable in our home. The appliances were modern, yet it had a 20's bungalow feeling. We would definitely book again.
