    Received access code only 30 minutes before arrival. Access to internet code never worked- I used hotspot from phones. Living room TV did not work 1st night. I had to wait for technician to confirm issue- breaker was tripped. Other then this issue stay was good. More information on how to operate TV, dishwasher and washer and dryer.

    Owner's response: "Diane, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip.
    - One of the perks of our property is a 12/noon check out, the average check out is 10 a.m. Our policy is to give each guest the access code 30 minutes before they arrive at the home. This is so that they do not enter the home until it is completely ready, we want to ensure each guest walks into a home that is 100% guest-ready. We shared this information with you several days before you arrived.
    - We recently upgraded our internet service with some added features. The TV does require the WiFi to work and on occasion, there are internet outages for various reasons like weather or technical. We contacted our general contractor who was gracious enough to assist you over the phone and offered to stop if you needed help with resetting the tripped circuit breaker. We apologize for the inconvenience.
    - When our guest contact was there for the internet we wish you would have shared your questions about the dishwasher, and washing machine they would have been happy to assist you and answer any questions. We were not aware that you were still having issues.
    - The guest contact forgot their phone and we tried to take care of the small issues you had. I tried calling and texting you back several times and you did not answer. I work in healthcare and was assisting a patient which is why I could not answer immediately. I did check and per the mobile internet app you were back online so we thought all was resolved.
    - We are always here to help our guests, sometimes we can't be there immediately but we always show up.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."

    My group and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. It was very clean and spacious and the hosts replied with any problems or questions we may have had within minutes! We loved it and will definitely book again in the future , 10/10

  • Disappointed

    I booked a 3 night stay and I was disappointed in several things. The cleanliness of the house was not up to par. The couch had red shot cups from previous renters, the dishes and cooking utensils old food on them and some of the pans were dirty. The walls were disgusting, nothing time and a Mr Clean magic eraser couldn’t fix. There were handwritten notes from the owner everywhere which included not to use the washer & dryer which was weird because it’s included as an amenity. I did contact the owner and she allowed us to use it. The rooms were nice, lots of towels and comfy beds. With some attention to detail and a deep cleaning, it has potential to be an awesome unit.

    Hi Donna, we’re so glad you enjoyed the nice rooms and comfy beds, but we’re sorry other aspects fell short of expectations. After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following:
    - Our home receives a thorough cleaning and inspection by two independent sources before each stay. The community liaison inspects the home, providing photos to verify its cleanliness.
    - There were no issues found in the photos or during the inspection. If any issues arise after the initial inspection, our cleaning team will resolve the issues. We'll also conduct our quarterly inspection this weekend to ensure the property is guest-ready.
    - Regarding the concerns about the walls, we have requested our cleaning team to spot-clean them when necessary. It's important to note that this is our family home, and, like many of our guests, we have small children. As a result, our walls may show some scuffing.
    - We encourage guests to wash and put away dishes, which helps our cleaning team. They conduct a general inspection to ensure utensils and dishes are clean before each check-in.
    - We wish you would've reached out to us or Evolve during your stay. We would've been more than happy to address your concerns while you were in residence. Other than your request to use the laundry facilities, we weren't notified of any other concerns.
    - We include handwritten notes to help guests easily locate important items and minimize confusion. The note regarding the washer and dryer was updated after a previous guest expressed confusion. Most guests find these notes helpful, and it's something we'll continue to do to minimize misunderstandings. These also serve as reminders of our house rules.
