  What was supposed to be a fun, relaxing girls weekend turned into an absolute nightmare. I had emailed the property owner a week prior to arrival to make sure the pool would be cleaned and heated when we showed up on Friday. We arrived to the pool full of leaves, algae and filters full. I texted the owner immediately and she sent a pool company to clean it. It had to be shocked so we were unable to use it until the next day. It was never heated. We noticed a smell in the house, ran into many cockroaches and heard mice in the walls that night. The next day when shower water was cold, we went in search of a hot water heater to find mold covering the door to the air conditioning unit closet in one of the bedrooms. The girls in that room woke up not feeling right so after the mold was discovered they moved rooms to bunk with others. We had an event that day in town so figured we could stick it out one more night. We then found mold all over the kitchen ceiling, below the bedroom with mold. I imagine the air units are spreading it all over the house. That day, the master bedroom door was closed and when we opened it, dead animal smell was so strong we couldn't sleep in that room either. And then the second night we saw a raccoon outside that ended up running on the roof and scratching all night. No one could sleep, we ended up sharing beds and attempting to sleep on couches. The whole purpose of renting this big house was for everyone to be able to have their own bed. Tile was cracked all over in one of the upstairs bathrooms and if it stuck to your foot it would lift off the ground. It could have cut up a foot. There was a hole in the main entry second story window. Super disappointing and really unsafe. I do not recommend this home being available for rent until all issues have been resolved and mold remediated.

  There is a lot of roaches the hot tub didn't work and then they told us it wasn't a hot jacuzzi one of the bathrooms didn't work and then when I was trying to communicate with someone they never really responded... But other than that it was okay
