Not worth the stay
2/5 This location has the most amazing host, very attentative and genuinely a good person. That being said the property numerous issues. The first night the air conditioning had no batteries and was set to 78 degrees. It was hot an we were all sweating. The pool lights remote controller was nowhere to be found so don't count on that. I told them about the roach and ant infestation and too plenty of pictures, we actually woke up cover in red fire ants. I will definitely never stay here again. Not worth the cost or inconvenience.

- We genuinely value your feedback and aimed to address each issue promptly. However, we were only informed about the air conditioning and pool light concerns the next morning. Upon receiving the notification, we immediately inspected the A/C, and upon our arrival, the temperature felt adequately cool.
- In response to the reported bugs, we swiftly checked the property, but regrettably found no evidence of an infestation. However, being situated close to nature, occasional sightings of palmetto bugs are possible. We routinely treat the property to mitigate such instances, and any sightings are promptly addressed.
- We empathized with the inconvenience and even tried to enhance your birthday celebration by bringing a cake. We also extended offers for pest control, which unfortunately were declined.
- Prior to transitioning management platforms, our property consistently maintained a high rating with Superhost status, and issues as described were never reported. We genuinely strive to surpass expectations and assure a seamless stay for every guest.
- Additionally, we proposed a discount for any minor inconveniences, an offer that was declined. We remain available 24/7 to resolve any issues that may arise and consistently aim to provide exceptional service.
