Family Vacay
5/5 Quite neighborhood. Loved the outdoor sitting area. There wasn't an actual living room area which wasn't listed other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Enjoyable cozy Stay
4/5 My first VRBO stay. Nice neighborhood - kids loved the Hill Country Roads and views. Felt very safe. Sylvia was very responsive to communication and immediately replied to any message. I felt she truly wanted us to enjoy ourselves. Although no stove in kitchen (mentioned in listing) enough other amenities - electric grill, large toaster oven, hot plate, and electric skillet to make up the difference.Owner went the extra step to provide power strips for easy access to outlets, night light air fresheners, labeling for light switches and cabinets.Enjoyed the outdoor sitting area every morning.Definitely more enjoyable than most hotel stays.

Perfect distance from venue
5/5 My daughters wedding was at the Garden of Helotes less than a 5 minute drive from here. We were able to get ready and get to the venue to decorate and still come back to get our tuxes on with plenty of time to spare. It was a great time.
