2/5 The house needs exterminating and the A/C may need a little TLC as it not quite cooling as it should. It looked like maybe the home had not been rented for some time; but overall it is a family friendly home with easy access to the main roads. There is a security system that includes cameras in the common areas inside the home as well.

-We apologize for the presence of pests. Being in a rural area makes them difficult to fully control, but the property undergoes regular pest control, and a professional exterminator is scheduled to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
-We understand the southern exposure can make parts of the home warmer during peak sunlight. We’ve adjusted the system where possible to optimize cooling and maintain a comfortable environment throughout the property.
-For security, there are no cameras inside the home or in private areas—only motion detectors as part of the alarm system. We take guest privacy seriously and ensure all measures respect their personal space and comfort.
We are committed to making every stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible for our guests.Some Disappointments
3/5 The house is OK but the AC reverting to 77 automatically was a discomfort. The lack of toilitries for ladies was only partially remedied. The bi-fold doors to the linen closet being off-track was not satisfactory. Having to purchase my own wasp spray and get ride of wasps near entry was done, but I should not have had to do it myself. There were not enough plates for six people. Not enough knives, forks, spoons. The rating might have been higher with a little more attention to supplies and repairs.
