• Great house in a great location!

  We stayed 4 nights at Sweet Tea and really enjoyed it. The house is very clean and the kitchen very well stocked. The owners are extremely easy to work with and even moved our trip that was originally planned after right after the floods. We loved the location — just 6 miles from Marble Falls and 6 miles from Kingsland. Easy to get the great donuts from M&M in Kingsland and we really enjoyed dinner at Adriano’s in Marble Falls. Our 22 ft pontoon nicely fit in the boat slip with a convenient ramp within walking distance from the house. We spent most of our days on the boat but there are plenty of toys and things to do right at the house. We even tried the hot tub one evening and the kiddo attempted the putting green. If bringing your boat — take a right in open water and try out Boat Town for some good shrimp. Beds are comfy and the little touches in decor/candles/room spray and other items such as K-cups or tea for guest use were much appreciated! Overall a 5-star stay and we would book again.

• First Class All the Way

  This was an absolutely amazing weekend celebrating friendship. A yearly trip we take with our best friends. The host was very attentive and left no stone unturned as far as details with total comfort in mind. The house is loaded with extra amenities! Boat slip was so easy to get in and out of after a long day on the lake. The hot tub and yard games we enjoyed in the evenings. From the minute we walked in the house, we felt totally at ease and ready to unwind. If there were ever an award for VRBO host of the year, it should go to Ren and co-owner. Thanks for the experience. We will be back.

• Another Great Stay!!!

  We are repeat renters. This experience was just as great as the first time we stayed. We look forward to going again next year. The house is always stocked with everything needed plus many “nice to haves.” Great communication from the owners as well.

  Very nice and new house on a lake front cove. The house was well maintained and the attention to detail was well above most rental properties. There were many games and puzzles to keep the guest entertained. The two decks have plenty of seating for all guests and any visitors that may stop by. Probably the nicest rental we have had in all our years of traveling. You will definitely want to come back!
