- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

WAIVER OF LIABILITY&nbsp;
The undersigned desires to use and enjoy the property located at 23150 Farm to Market 971, Granger, Texas 76530 (the &nbsp;&ldquo;Property&rdquo;), pursuant to the terms of the Rental Agreement, entered into between the undersigned and PV D&rsquo;Souza, LLC (the &ldquo;Owner&rdquo;).&nbsp;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and consideration herein contained, including the recital set &nbsp;forth above, the parties agree as follows:&nbsp;
The undersigned acknowledges the risks contemplated by this Waiver, to include, but not limited to, serious illness, &nbsp;permanent disability, and/or death, associated with the use and enjoyment of the Property, and agrees to assume such risks. &nbsp;The undersigned acknowledges and understands that despite all efforts by the Owner to provide a safe environment, risk &nbsp;cannot be completely removed. The undersigned agrees to abide by all rules and regulations put in place by the Owner and &nbsp;understands that failure to do so will result in the undersigned being asked to immediately vacate the Property. The &nbsp;undersigned acknowledges that he/she shall forfeit all monies paid for failure to abide by the Owner&rsquo;s rules and regulations.&nbsp;
THE UNDERSIGNED AGREES TO RELEASE, ACQUIT, AND HOLD HARMLESS, TO THE FULLEST &nbsp;EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OWNER, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, RESPECTIVE &nbsp;AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SERVANTS, EMPLOYEES, ATTORNEYS, HEIRS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, LENDERS AND ALL PERSONS, NATURAL OR CORPORATE, IN PRIVITY WITH THEM, OR ANY OF &nbsp;THEM, (HEREINAFTER COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE &ldquo;RELEASED PARTIES&rdquo;) FROM AND &nbsp;AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, DISPUTES, OR LIABILITIES, WHICH MAY INCLUDE, BUT &nbsp;IS NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FROM PERSONAL INJURIES, INCLUDING MENTAL PAIN OR &nbsp;SUFFERING, MEDICAL BILLS OR OTHER COSTS OR EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH SAID INJURY, &nbsp;COSTS OF LITIGATION, LOSSES AND EXPENSES, AND/OR CAUSES OF ACTION OF ANY AND EVERY &nbsp;NATURE WHATSOEVER, AT COMMON LAW, STATUTORY LAW, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING IN ANY &nbsp;MANNER, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE UNDERSIGNED&rsquo;S USE &nbsp;AND ENJOYMENT OF THE PROPERTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,&nbsp;USE OF ANY WATER&nbsp;&nbsp;RECREATIONAL CRAFTS; USE OF THE HOT TUB; SWIMMING IN ANY BODY OF WATER LOCATED ON&nbsp;&nbsp;OR NEAR THE PROPERTY; ANY CONTACT WITH ANIMALS, INSECTS, OR ANY OTHER WILDLIFE,&nbsp;&nbsp;WHETHER DOMESTICATED OR NOT; OR USE OF ANY EQUIPMENT, AS ALLOWED BY THE RENTAL&nbsp;&nbsp;AGREEMENT, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH CLAIMS, DEMANDS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISE &nbsp;FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES OR ANOTHER PERSON, WHETHER THE &nbsp;NEGLIGENCE IS CHARACTERIZED AS ACTIVE, PASSIVE, SOLE, PARTIAL, GROSS, OR MALICIOUS.&nbsp;
The undersigned acknowledges that this Waiver shall be binding upon and ensure to the benefit of the Released Parties and &nbsp;their respective heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns. The undersigned acknowledges that this Waiver contains the &nbsp;entire agreement between the parties on this issue and supersedes any and all prior agreements, arrangements, or &nbsp;understandings, whether written or oral, between the parties relating to the subject matter. This Waiver cannot be changed &nbsp;or terminated orally, and the obligations, representations, and warranties of the undersigned under this Waiver shall survive &nbsp;the execution, delivery, and termination of this Waiver and shall continue perpetually. It is understood that this Waiver shall &nbsp;be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with, and subject to, the laws of the State of Texas. Should any &nbsp;provision be unenforceable, the remainder shall be enforced as fully as possible, and the unenforceable provision(s) shall &nbsp;be deemed modified to the limited extent required to permit enforcement of this Waiver as a whole.&nbsp;THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY DISPUTE ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH &nbsp;THIS WAIVER.&nbsp;
The undersigned has read and understands this Waiver and has had the ability to ask questions regarding this Waiver. The &nbsp;undersigned acknowledges that he/she has the power and authority to enter into this Waiver and has done so voluntarily.&nbsp;
