Great view and convenience
5/5 Our family enjoyed the porch views and access to the pool. Public boat ramp directly across the street and plenty of restaurants nearby. Very clean. We like what theyve done with the property.

Never again
2/5 First: Couldn’t get in so called the manager and was told they gave you the wrong code and they keep doing that. If she knew it was happening then fix it!
Second: Upstairs Ac out not working
Third: it rain along and a large puddle formed in front of the door with water and mud. Drainage was horrible. My elderly mother was in danger bc it was either walk through the water and mud, or on the loose rocks.
Fourth: we left a day early bc of the probs and the owner only refunded 100$.
They rental very cheaply constructed, broken tile and the porch tearing away from the house.
