Inside of the house was nice but the property was terrible
1/5 The grass needed to be mowed & this not being taken care of made the stickers in the grass to get all over your clothes trying to get down to the water. The air conditioner froze up due to air filters needing to be changed. They did have this up & working within a few hours. We did enjoy the house & the outside property does need a lot of attention.Patrick was very nice to talk with & he did get things taken care of.

Quite place on the river
5/5 The property is secluded just on the edge of town. Lots of room to roam and close to everything in town. Just minutes from Fossil Rim Wildlife, Dinosaur Valley State Park, Creation Museum, and Dinosaur World. Nice deck down on the river. It's a great gathering spot.
