Staff retreat
4/5 The main house was gorgeous. The guest house reminded us of an old farmhouse. The pool was nice. It was just a little hard to find after dark. We had a great time.

Fun place for family fun

We enjoyed our stay with some caveats
4/5 We enjoyed our stay, as the property allowed our family to gather under one roof and build many memories. Thank you.
Unfortunately, the Texas heat took a toll on one of the AC units in the main house; however, the property manager was quite responsive. Within an hour or two, a repair tech was onsite, and the problem was resolved by Friday evening.
Due to our large group size, we did run into some issues with a lack of towels, but this was resolved by a trip to the store. We also had an issue with a couple of the beds (one collapsed due to incorrect assembly, and the trundle bed frame was broken when we arrived); however, we were able to work around these issues. In all fairness, it is unknown if the property management team had been aware of these issues before our arrival.
Even with the issues we experienced, I would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone looking for a place with ample space to host friends and family. Again, thank you for the opportunity to stay.

Wow! A Great way to Experience the heart of Texas!
5/5 The Big house is beautiful and breath taking. The cute guest house on the property is very clean and charming. We had plenty of room for our group and loved the big kitchen for meals. We loved the patio with the fire pit and the property was so amazing. We loved the farm aspect and the cows were so cute and loved to greet us, they were clean and no smell at all. Also there was a bonus cat on the property, I love cats so this was a big plus. We created so many good memories staying on this property and would stay here again.

Beautiful home
4/5 Main house was absolutely beautiful, guest house was older and could use some updating. Twice during our stay we attempted to get in touch with property manager, once she returned my call about 8 hours later and the second time I got no response, and we were trying to lock the house up for checkout and couldn’t get the doors to lock. Thankfully we eventually figured it out on our own. Also the house NEEDS MORE TOWELS. We were only there for 2 days and had to wash because there wasn’t even one for each guest if we had booked at the homes max capacity. We had no kitchen towels, but check out included washing and drying dishes. We would never leave first dishes, but how do you dry without a towel? My brother in law also said the grill worked fine but could use an upgrade/replacing. Other than this, layout was nice, beds were all very comfortable, kids enjoyed ping pong all day, lots of board games available too that we enjoyed in the evenings. Very clean and felt very homie. We would stay again for sure but would make sure these things (mostly the towels) were addressed before hand.
