Great location
5/5 Location is excellent and beautiful sunrises. On the beach and near downtown - the location drives the five star rating. As others have mentioned the maintenance, if completed, would make the interior of the house equal to the location. Door handles ( especially master and back door), light bulbs and 2nd floor non master bathroom toilet and shower door. A couple more outdoor seats would be great as there are only four and we had 10 family members with us.

Best beach house
5/5 Had an amazing experience everything was well cleaned and organized had no issues truly recommend staying here !
Great Location
4/5 Location was great, very quiet spot on the beach. The waves were very cathartic and you can see them from the master bedroom. Very spacious place with lots of beds. We especially loved the eagles nest bunk room with a great view. We struggled with the lack of working doorknobs and basic amenities like paper towels and dish soap.

4/5 Property location was fantastic-not too far from Galveston, directly on beach, amazing views from everywhere in the house! Disappointed with not having at least a few household items to get started-dishwasher detergent, a few laundry pods, cleaning wipes. Also did not have enough towels in the house to have at least one for each of us. Extremely poor communication with guest contact. Sent multiple emails with no response. Attempted to confirm there was in fact a travel crib as stated in the property description, no responses. Once at property my brother came with his 9 month old and there was no travel crib. Contacted property management group, Evolve, they said they were waiting to hear from the property owner and could not do anything to remedy the situation. We had to go to Walmart and purchase a pack and play. lldaughter
