Would not rent again
2/5 Ok let me just do a short summary. House looks great at first sight once you actually get in after struggling with keypad. Couch has horrible stains, lots of cockroaches we killed around 8. RAT poop in bathroom drawer. Shower does not work properly. Very busy road sirens and load cars all night. I have pics for roaches and the poop in drawer. Very unsanitary.i would never recommend this place. We didn't use anything there for fear of getting sick. We just showered and slept in bed was we could not make other arrangements so quickly.

Good stay, slight overlooks
4/5 Trash of previous stay was still there on the outside of course. The grass and the big bush in the front needed to be cut/trimmed. Floors seem soft and creaky. The house was pretty well cleaned. Overall a good stay!

Leaks, Swampy smell, Not clean, Bad Service
1/5 We reached late in the night. Keypad code did not work. Guest service helped little bit on the phone and then we were on our own to grab the key from backside & open the door.
Because of rains outside, water was leaking in one bedroom from the ceiling, paint was on the floor. Water was also coming in from the backyard door.
Foosball room was horrible. No cleaning. dust, leaves & cobwebs everywhere.
Some swampy smell all around the house.
Please don't book this place. Also, after complaint, all you get is there is nothing that can be done
