Mostly fine; but contact person did not respond to two inquires
4/5 Property as described; amazing gulf view, squeaky clean, with ample cookware, dinnerware and glassware. Consumables not so ample, i.e., one partial roll of paper towels, two partial rolls of tp in hall bathroom, two pods for dishwasher, 2 bath, 1 hand, 2 washcloths for 2 persons for 5 nights in beachview bedroom. Called contact to request kitchen and bath towel refresh, additional tp, and dishwasher detergent, but received no response. Purchased tp, paper towels, napkins and dishwasher pods. Washed kitchen and bath towels. Emailed contact about wifi access, again, no response.
Caution: beach is across four lanes of Seawall Blvd, with heavy traffic at 40+mph; no pedestrian crossing for blocks.
Getaway
5/5 Peaceful, relaxing, wonderful location and excellent views. Welcoming condo, feels like coming to a close friend's home. Thank you for the fabulous stay.

Great Condo!
5/5 The condo was great for our family of 3. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. A couple notes….read the fine print. I didn’t notice the 38 parking fee when booking, so that was a surprise, but it is listed (I just didn’t read all the way through).

Best 4 day break in a long time.
5/5 We have stayed in at least three other apartments in BY THE SEA....This is the best so far. Super clean and the bed configuration was excellent. Toilet flush takes a bit getting used to ....explosive! Kitchen facilities were really good well organized and new. Everything worked.......all staff were friendly and cooperative. A great four day break.

Nice Unit
4/5 The unit was very nice but the stairwell and elevators were dirty. The pool is not heated. There is no fitness center. Staff was friendly. Very busy highway between unit and beach.
