• Great Family Meeting Place

  Our family had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the close proximity to the beach, the big windows facing the ocean, the well stocked kitchen, the extra snacks they provided, the variety of children's books and games, and the modern interior design, furnishings and decor. We would all enjoy coming back to stay again in the future.

  The online pictures of the property were not representative of the actual property. There is no direct access to the beach adjacent to the house as described. The bridge was blocked with overgrown vegetation and garbage strewn all along the side of the blocked bridge. The adjacent access was the main reason I chose this property. We cancelled upon arrival and scrambled to find a new location for our family of 10 with another beach house rental company

  - The professional listing photos and descriptions accurately represent the property. The dunes mentioned as overgrown vegetation are part of the natural landscape and play a crucial role in the area, especially during heavy rains.
  - Access to the beach via the adjacent pathway can be impacted by weather conditions, which may cause the path to be muddy or overgrown. However, an alternative main entrance is available and is just a 2-minute walk away.
  - The vegetation and any debris on the mentioned path are beyond the property line and are managed by the HOA. While the lawn service regularly maintains the areas within our responsibility, unfortunately, we can't control the condition of community pathways.
  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your feedback. We hope that despite this, your family enjoyed the rest of your vacation. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

  Several of the outlets didn't work in the bedrooms & bathrooms, the lift didn't work even though the property says it's "wheelchair accessible". We have a child in a wheelchair and that was a reason we booked the house, wouldn't recommend for anyone who can't trek up tons of stairs.

  Jordan, upon reviewing our listing, we found no indication that the property is wheelchair accessible. It appears there might have been a misunderstanding in the listing details provided by Evolve. We are actively working to ensure that this information is corrected if it incorrectly lists our property as wheelchair accessible. Our existing lift, which is currently under repair, is designed for cargo and not rated for public or wheelchair use. We truly regret any inconvenience this may have caused and are keen on making our property welcoming for everyone, including those requiring wheelchair access.
  
  However, we must prioritize safety and cannot permit the use of the cargo lift for such purposes.
  
  Please extend our sincere apologies to the guest for this oversight and any confusion it caused. We are committed to resolving these issues promptly and will also be inspecting and repairing any non-functional outlets on the property. We never intended to misrepresent our property's accessibility features, and we are taking immediate steps to address these concerns to prevent future misunderstandings.

• Not what I expected

  Very disappointed with the overall experience. The property itself was incredible. I will book again but there were some things that happened that made experience less than ideal.
