Clean and Beautiful Area
5/5 Beautiful area and out of the main traffic areas. House was clean and a perfect size for 8 adults, a teen and a 4 year old. Would definitely stay there again if I was visiting the area.

Great for family get away
5/5 Lots of room, glass enclosed balcony overlooking the canal, waterfront dock were all beautiful. We had a lovely experience meeting the neighbor who is the author of Royal Pelican Tales children’s books. And watching her interact with the star of the book Henry and all of his pelican friends.

Quiet
4/5 Clean house, comfortable beds, perfect for 2 families with 2-3 kids each. Quiet area but close to the beaches and other fun activities. House has a lot of DIY updates but those things didn't bother us. Plenty of outdoor seating in the back to watch the birds or sunrise. We were able to watch the fireworks at Moody Gardens from the back porch. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the pelicans. Washer and dryer work great! We like to eat in for most meals on vacation and the kitchen had a variety of pots, pans, and utensils. No regular cups, just wine glasses, and no baking sheets but we were able to easily pick one up at the nearby Target. There were a few disposable cups in the house, presumedly left by a previous vacationer, which worked well.
