  The house was way better than we expected, when you look online it’s not always what you see. This was!!! Some of the other reviews said there was not enough hot water we had no problems with this at all, there were 3 of us all took showers right after each other.The only thing I would add was I was excited about it having a garage, many SUV’s are not going to fit. Small cars yes!

• Perfect stay!

  From the temp of the house when we got there …. To the location, and everything you need to cook, hang out and relax!!! This was the perfect place for me and hunny to just relax!

• Great stay on the island

  Location was great for us to ride our bikes on the island. The outside patio area was the best we have had at any rental. 10/10 would stay here again

• Nice house

  We were staying at this home for the second time. We were again here for our friends daughters dance competition. Our only issue with the home was the hot water, there was little to none when we woke up to shower Saturday morning. Once we got ready and left for the day , I contacted Neil and his wife and let them know. Neil was immediately on it and let us know that a breaker had flipped and that all was well. And it was. Until Sunday morning and once again we had little to no hot water. We tried to make it a point to make sure each of us were only taking short showers and waiting Atleast 15 mins between each so as to give the hot water heater to catch up , but alas that didn’t happen. I’m sure it was just a small mishap on our part. Other than that it was once again a great stay , and I am sure we will stay again next year for the same competition. 😊
