  Loved this place! Nicely renovated, perfect size for our family, and the neighborhood has a great local feel. It’s walking distance from an incredible kolache spot, coffee, and ice cream. Still easy access to Stewart Beach, The Strand, and Moody Gardens for our weekend trip.

  The ocean mural out back was a fun bonus for photos. Highly recommend!

• Amazing House

  Everything about our stay here was great. Check in was seamless with great communication. The house was so great. It was so clean and had great touches throughout. As a person who goes to Galveston and Port Aransas frequently, I can tell you the person responsible for this house thought of everything. We will definitely only stay here now when in Galveston. Lastly it’s close to everything so getting to where you want is a breeze!

  Charming, well-appointed home that makes you feel as if you’re a part of the neighborhood and not a traveling tourist. Everything that you could want or need is part of this thoughtfully renovated cottage. The decor is spot on for Galveston Island, the ammenites are far above what you would get in a hotel. If you’re a fan of HGTV/Magnolia Network’s “Restoring Galveston”, then you’ll recognize the area, as you’ll be a quick walk away from Cordray’s “The Drugstore” rolled ice cream shop and the under construction “Local Dogs” hot dog restaurant. 6-10 minutes in any direction by car will have you at the Seawall, The Strand, The Moody Pyramids, local and chain restaurants, The Pier and normal conveniences such as Walmart, etc. and of course, the beach. My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and we would definitely stay again. A private, gated yard and driveway along with security is part of the home which makes you feel secure. Evolve Management was excellent to work with in getting access to the home.

• Soccer Resort Beach Tournament Stay

  This home was my first option when I started the search. We came in to a well cleaned home.I love it was close to the beach and the stores. The beds were comfortably, everything that was listed on the ad was there. Communication we was great with the owner. We will gladly come back if allowed to.
