We absolutely love this house. We are always sizing up beach homes for what we want when we get close to retirement. This house had it all. 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 convenient bathrooms, cozy living space, dining area, and a nice size kitchen with all the amenities. We brought our daughter and her fiance' for a quick weekend trip to the beach, and it fit the 4 of us just perfect. It was a short drive to the beach and Seawall Blvd., a short drive to the store, and 10 to 15 minute drive to the wharf / Strand area. The neighborhood was quiet, with a few aged / dilapidated homes on the street, but did not feel unsafe. If we had to say anything negative, it would be that the bed frame in the master bedroom could be replaced with a more solid frame.
From the owner: "Michael, I am very happy that enjoyed the house. Look forward to you possibly coming back. I know when I am there, as I tell everyone, that it is my happy place, and agreed future retirement. I already have a call to the furniture company, the bed frame is about a year old and yes makes noise. Will work on fixing this issue.
Thank you again."
This property was well maintained and offered many comforts for our small group to enjoy. Property was well kept, welcoming, and allowed us to have a great place to stay for our weekend in Galveston.

The property was very nicely decorated and quite comfortable for us. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and family room was perfect for our family (Parents and adult daughter). Back deck was great for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Location was perfect. We would stay there again!

Great home everything easily accessible and very accommodating! We will surely be booking again
Very beautiful and modern home in a quiet neighborhood! Six of us were able to sleep comfortably. If you’re going to the beach, they have toys, towels, and sunscreen, which it’s really convenient. Also really close to the beach and Walmart.
