  There were a few things I was confused about due to construction. However, I realized that I was literally down the street from Seawall Boulevard. The apartment is also down the street from Galveston College. Ms. Carrie helped me find the place and was really patient with me.

  The apartment was clean and in an excellent location. All of the appliances worked and I enjoyed using the up to date kitchen items to use for cooking. Granted, I spent a lot of time at the spa and at the beach the television served a purpose along with the networks.

  I walked across the street to Gloria's to watch the game as well. There are no complaints from me. This place is literally in the main part of Galveston. It is not too far from any beach. The Galveston Beach is not even a full mile from the apartment.

  when I read review about this property I was a bit skeptical, but it over and above my expectations, everything works,I don't know why people don't book this lovely cosy place close to everything, and ms Carrie was the best,if there any rating above 5 stars I would have given..thank you..trust me book this property you be glad you did..

• Ideal for Couples

  This was a great place to stay for our impromptu weekend getaway. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do. We were about 8 minutes from the beach and 8 minutes from The Strand. The bed is cute but it isn't the most comfortable. The televisions are unusually small and it felt like we were watching a movie on a computer monitor from a distance. We tried to use the washer but the red "door locked" light kept flashing and we couldn't figure out how to work it. The refrigerator is new and needs a box of baking soda placed inside. Last little thing, the bathroom light switch is on the wrong side! It is on the right behind the door which is not convenient at all to reach. I kept going in and reaching to the left, where it should have been placed. All of those things are super small though. We would most definitely choose this place again. It was quiet, cozy, safe, and convenient. And the price was super reasonable.
