1/5 Let me preface this review by saying that the host, Ms. Carrie, was wonderful. I needed extra blankets and she responded immediately. Now for the not so great. The beds were all horrible. The queen bed was hard as a board. The couch pull-out mattress was basically springs with a sheet on top. The bunk beds also were like springs with sheets. We wanted to use the shared hot tub, however, it was unusable. Water was green. We only stayed one night, so it worked for us. I just would not recommend any extended stay.

While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. The queen bed is a very plush mattress. The bunk beds have the mattresses that go on a bunk bed.
The pull-out couch has the mattress that came with the couch. Unfortunately, they are literally factory-made and go with the couch. As far as we know, it can not be replaced.
The hot tub is monitored weekly, and there are colored lights that can make the water appear colorful. The lights came with the hot tub.1/5 The contact was nice through txt but it was a little strange interaction. This issue was mold.

3/5 Apartment was okay, lots of ants entry smelled like old urine cleaned with lemon. A mouse ran across my daughter foot while sitting in the living room. It was uncomfortable. A/Cunits leaking mildew visible. I’m allergic to mold and mildew among many other things so my allergies was on 10. If they get control over the bugs and mice it would be okay but it wasn’t for me.

4/5 It was nice and quiet but the only thing that was not comfortable was the beds are hard but other than that I will recommend two people for a quick trip.
