Disappointed
3/5 This location is perfect as it is right on the beach. Unfortunately the condition of the property has severely deteriorated in just 12 months from when we were there last year. The major issues were the AC struggled to cool down and it was frequently 80° inside. None of the exterior lights were working downstairs (even after the maintenance man tried to fix it) so we couldn’t enjoy this area after it was dark. Some of the wooden slats on the deck had came loose and was a potential safety issue with our young kids, but I just went ahead and fixed them. Lupe did a great job responding quickly to our concerns and getting people out there to address the issues. The pictures online do not reflect the current state of the property. Unless the owners of the property do some major repairs, we will not be staying at this property again.
