Great place to spend Thanksgiving
5/5 We booked the house for our family to spend Thanksgiving at the beach. It did not disappoint! Check in was smooth, the house was really nice, and was exactly as described. We will definitely be back!

2/5 The good: the location is a front row house right in the water with an incredible view.
Its dog friendly
It was very well-stocked with plenty of linens and soaps- basically everything we needed except trash bags.
The inside of the house has a nice open layout for the common areas and private bedrooms
The bad: like another review said, the sand is way too deep in front of the driveway that you cannot park in the driveway. We had to park off to the side of the public access road. I did not feel my car was very secure this way.
I attenpted to contact the management company twice with no response.
The upstairs toilet did not flush.
The house has not been kept up and taken care of the way one would expect. The upstairs closet door literally fell on me.
Overall, the parking situation, upstairs toilet and lack of communication from the management company,are the reasons I wouldnt stay there again.
