4/5 Me and my family of four , plus a small dog we’re looking for a stay ON the beach, not a drive or short walk. We found it in our recent stay.
Perfect location , comfortable sleeping arrangements, quality kitchen set up (we cook all our meals ), all made for a relaxing week!

3/5 Positive points: 1) Awesome location with steps to the beach! 2) Inside the house was clean and comfortable. 3) Air conditioning worked great! Needs improvement: 1) The outside dining table was in poor shape; two chairs and the ottomans were practically unusable. 2) The garage containing the beach chairs and toys was filthy. 3) The aforementioned beach accessories were dirty and falling apart. 4) There was no convenient way to wash off the sand from my body or the beach toys before entering the house; a water hose was in the garage, and there was no outdoor shower.Overall, this place was a poor value, and I couldn’t recommend it to my family or friends.

Nice house & location
4/5 Location was ideal right on the beach. Inside of house nicely updated and clean. Comfortable beds. Nice thick towels in bathroom too. There were new plastic Adirondack chairs on deck, very comfortable.
repairs needed
3/5 Deck furniture is in need of being thrown away. Half the chairs are rotten. Entry glass door has a large gap at the threshold. Dead bolt at deck door is rusted and frozen. Most of the stuff in the garage needs to be trashed. The shower behind the garage needs cleaning and repair. The door knob to the shower compartment behind the garage fell off when trying to enter. I repaired that. You need instructions for the remote devices for the TV. There are 6 remote devices. In summary the place needs upkeep and repair. It needs to be refreshed.
