Fantastic Bayfront Villa!
5/5 We had an excellent stay at this property. A magnificent villa with beautiful views, pier fishing, walking distance to downtown Fulton, and all the amenities and extras you could ask for. The villa was well equipped with plenty of space for guests to relax. We look forward to having this wonderful experience again!

4/5 The place is just as described, clean, very well-appointed and had a great view!The only negative is that the place smelled a little cooped up / stale, which went away by the next day, more upstairs, not downstairs. The ventilation downstairs needs a few more air changes to make it less noticeable. Otherwise, it was a perfect place and I would rent it again in the future.

5/5 The porch and private dock are wonderful. Spent the entire weekend looking out at the water. We had a great time. Night time views of the bay were the best. If you have ever seen it you know.

Beautiful setting and space for a full family.
Pier was great for later evening fishing.
Very nice interior decorating with only one recommendation.
The living room could use more seating furniture.
