  The home is very cozy. My family of 4 enjoyed the home, backyard and neighborhood. Super close to Toyota stadium.

  The property was nice and matched the listing. We lost electricity less than 12 hours afer arrival. No fault of owner and we gave ample time to be restored but it did not happen so we left early. A family of 5 staying for 3 nights i would have assumed that more toiletries would have been available and paper towels. Only a sponge was found in the kitchen to clean so paper towels were used . This was family time before our son was deployed and it didn't turn out as expectwd.

  I will list everything below that made the negative experience. -mold in coffee maker -dirty underwear left under the kitchen trash can -mouse droppings in the cabinet next to the dishes as well as where the games are stored -uncleaned toilets -hair tie with hair left on nightstand -coffee cup with coffee left in microwave

  - We recognize that most of your issues pertained to the cleanliness of our property, and we agree that this was unacceptable. While this was the first time we’ve ever had any issues regarding cleanliness with any of our previous guests, we discussed these matters with our cleaning staff and they acknowledged responsibility for the items you laid out; rest assured that they have committed to us that these issues will not occur again.
  - As it relates to the droppings, we’ve already had pest control on-site to evaluate the property and ensure they put appropriate mitigation in place to prevent any problems going forward.
  - Lastly, we hope that you found the partial refund that you received to compensate you for these inconveniences to be commensurate with our appreciation for your understanding of these issues.
