Overall thoughts
5/5 This was an amazing location and an amazing house. Have no problem with any of that at all. Only issue I would feel I had was the clean up fee. Upon check out we were told to strip the beds and take all towels sheets to one location. Take out trash to receptacle. Would think that would be something included in immense clean up fee. I know not all tenants are the same - but when we left all that was needed for next stay was to sweep floors, turn on dishwasher and remake beds. Not a lot of prep/work compared to clean up fee. That would be the ONLY reason I would think twice about renting again.

Excellent Accommodations. Everyone loved the house and the beach.
5/5 The entire family loved the stay. The house is extremely well furnished and very spacious. Great quiet location with the beach right out back. We had one issue with one electric outlet and the owner and manager were extremely quick to resolve the issue. It was a great stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
