5/5 Good house, well furnished, good beach (for Texas), good communication with property manager. One negative: House was not cleaned well, but not so bad to make a big issue.

1/5 Beautiful home. Uncrowded location. Really enjoyed the visit. The owners book of rules and amenities was spot on.
I hope the owners change from Evolve and local management. The information on website is incorrect and far from spot on. List different amenities, states complimentary water, different check out times, different requirements of guest chores to preform before leaving, even different addresses. I reached out to the listed contact just to be told "we never do that". Once I provided her information of my claim, I began receiving texts and phone calls asking me to provide info of all the discrepancies. I was there for vacation, not to do another's job.
Spectacular home
5/5 This home was clean, spacious, bright, beautifully decorated, stocked well, with the most comfortable beds. House contained anything you could need and steps away from the beach. Tina (host) and Debbie (owner) were amazing, speedy to reply, friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our visit and plan to book again for next September. Thank you for a great house and trip.
