Great Little Place!
5/5 This was perfect for 2 couples...not too far from all the fun things to do in town and far enough away that when you're ready for bed, you don't hear all the noise from town.
Perfect VRBO for a Fredericksburg Stay
5/5 Stayed here for a wedding weekend in Fredericksburg with a friend. This VRBO was a clean and comfortable spot to return to after festivities. Great water pressure, beds, and amenities. The hosts are very helpful. I accidentally left my ipad there after leaving town and they mailed it to me within a couple days. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to visit Fredericksburg. 10/10

Amazing Stay
5/5 We had the best time in Fredericksburg, and the location was so convenient for us! It was the cutest place and loved all the little touches the owner did for us. Would definitely stay again!

Great location
5/5 It was a nice place maybe I didn't see that it was a duplex and the parking was for the other side only but other than that great place comfortable beds close to town definitely recommend

Beautiful porch
5/5 It’s a nice place very close to Main Street. The patio was beautiful. The owner or person in charge had good communication with us the day we were going there.
Now if you need more than 2 beds I won’t get this, the sofa cama was very uncomfortable, the second night we just slept on the floor. Also take extra blankets if planning to use the sofa cama.
Overall it is a great place to stay, if we ever go back we will take it on consideration again.
