5/5 This is my new favorite place to stay in Fredericksburg. Very clean and quiet. It is close and handy to all activities and yet far enough away to shut down and recharge for the next day. Perfect in every way!!

5/5 We enjoyed our days at the little out of the way space. The unit was well stocked and we could have stayed much longer if needed. The hot tub was just what we needed after a drive to Fredericksburg.

Quick weekend getaway
4/5 For our wedding anniversary weekend getaway close to home, this place seemed to be perfect. The location was great, the private hot tub was what sold me. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the unit could have been better and curtains in the bedroom to block out bright sunlight and the light from the outside building lights would have been helpful. Lots of leaves in the back enclosed patio. The rental house in the front was a party house while we were there so very loud music. Trying to enjoy the quietness of the night in the hot tub felt like I was at bring break at the beach. Overall, It was a cute unit and great location, just think they should spend one night there to see how they could do little things to improve and make a visitors stay better.
