5/5 The house is situated on a large piece of property which is breathtaking. The livestock is a bonus to see throughout the day. The house was perfect for the 6 of us & was equipped w/toiletries and linen. The Fredericksburg area offered everything needed for our getaway. We will definitely be returning again!!

5/5 For its age the house is well maintained but could use a deep clean. Love the peaceful area. The king bed is lumpy and a bit uncomfortable. Coffee maker needs to be updated.

Great Weekend Getaway!
5/5 What a great place for a Fredericksburg getaway with friends for the New Year. We had guests from South Africa with us and it was so fun to give them a classic Texas experience at the beautiful historic ranch house. The cows and horses were so fun to come home to in the afternoons and enjoy coffee with in the mornings. Room layout was perfect for our group and beds were all comfy!
