  This house is barely minimal. Arriving the property the outside is unkept with a dirty front door, not inviting at all. Entering the house it was stale smelling with no kind of home decor to suggest we were welcome or felt at home. Blinds were broken or no window covering at all. The sectional (which is the only place to sit) was broke in 3 places. Not one of the four beds were comfortable (very hard, board like) mattresses. The bedding was very thin and slid all over the mattress. There were only 4 bath towels so, not everyone could have their own clean towel, we had to share a towel! The upstairs bathroom shower curtain was dirty with red soap or water scum and the floor was dirty. The back yard was trashed, chairs upside down, pool equipment was scattered around the pool with broken items. This property states a private hot tub. I ask two questions before arriving "Will the hot tub be running and available for use (since it was still cool outside) and is there a coffee pot?" My answer was "yes and yes". There is no hot tub and there is no coffee pot at this property! I believe within the VRBO guidelines everything that is listed is to be at the property so the hot tub is false advertisement. My only contact was to text the cleaning person, I texted her Friday with some questions and concerns (she said she forwarded to the property manager) but I never heard from anyone. Throughout the years I have rented many VRBO properties but this is the worst. So, I'm not a happy or satisfied customer. I would appreciate a reply on this review, as I believe a compensation is in order due to the false advertisement.
