  I was clean and easy to get to...

  the bed linens were put on upside down, meaning the fitted sheet was put on top of the non-fitted sheets and only discovered once pulling off the linens. Furniture was dated and the rooms were odd with oversized furniture in the rooms that didn't fit any one decor, if you will. it was a place to sleep and rest and collect our thoughts and that's what I was aming for.

  House was great size. Close to everything we needed. Only 20 minutes from stockyard! Just no washer or dryer and needed extra towels. But other wise it was a good stay. Plenary of room.

  First, let me start with when we got in the home the space was fine. But when we went further in. Particularly in the Kitchen to put our groceries in there was still old food in it, lots of old food. Rotten bananas, alcohol, and lunch meat just to name a few.

  The freezer did not open either. So I called the owner, and we were kind of fortunate that the cleaners lived right next door. I mean right next door. We also did not have any wash rags in the house. The towels were hard as a rock, and when I mentioned this to the owner he had no idea on what I was speaking about. Which maybe he didn't. So I sent him a picture of it.

  So fast forward, the cleaners came to the door and we let them in. Then about 2 min later, there was another knock at the door and I opened it and it was a child about 4 yrs old. That was very awkward, but remember they live right next door.

  The cleaners pulled the freezer open with force because it was iced shut. They said it doesn't work. We were not told that before we rented it. So the cleaners and the 4yr old went into there locked closet access area to get us better towels and wash rags.

  Come to find out they didn't even know what was rags were either. They kept giving us hand towels. So I showed them a picture. Then they found about 2 of them. So the home is not equipped with wash rags, nor a washing machine.

  When I asked about that, the owner told me there was a laundry facility about 7 min from the home. I was appalled. I have never had a home that doesn't have a washer and a dryer. Especially a home that is geared for a family. 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths should have washer and dryer.

  We also found out that we couldn't lock the doorknob lock once we left with the keyless entry the hard way. We locked ourselves out. The cleaners had to come back and try to let us in. They didn't have the key, because some other family member took his car and it had the key in it.

  The cleaners said, well we usually leave the sliding door in the yard unlocked but it's locked now and I don't know why. (I locked it)

  Long story short, If I were you, I would stay far far away from this home, and all Evolve homes. The price may be cheaper than Airbnb, but the service and the homes are horrible.

  This is the 2nd one I stayed in, in different states. The first one did not have an iron or ironing board, the dishwasher had old water in it, and the microwave had old food stuck to the glass tray. They don't clean.

  It is it obvious that it is a new VRBO but very nice home.
