- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is in the front facing the exterior entry, camera 2 is on the back facing the exterior entry, and camera 3 is on the back facing the road. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video and sound

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The Guest Contact will provide the code prior to your arrival
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable and non-perishable items includes the refrigerator, cabinet, and all of the house including the porch
- Take out the trash to the big can on the road facing the backyard
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee (1 pet max). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- Pets are not allowed on beds, cushion chairs, and sofas
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Do not use the adjoining attached house, their parking spaces, or their yard
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

FISHING DOCK RULES:
- Do not stand on railings or climb over the gate. The gate is not accessible to guests
- No swimming from the dock or boardwalk
- Do not dock/tie your boat(s), kayak(s), canoe(s), or other watercraft on the dock
- No launching of boats from the on-site lakefront. There are 2 public boat launches within 1/4 mile
- Do not BBQ or grill on the dock
- Do not litter on dock, lake, or yard
- Do not stand on the railings of the dock or boardwalk

YARD RULES: 
- Do not drive any vehicle onto the backyard, as it is filled with aerobic pipes
- Do not pull any boat or drive any vehicle to the lakefront from the private road along the backyard or the parking lot in the front yard
- Do not sit in the backyard, as you may  be sprayed upon whenever the black/grey tanks are full (aerobic sewer system)
- The sides of the back porch and the side of the house are not within the spraying area
- No grilling on the front or back porches
- Do not sit on the railings on the front porch, as they are not able to support weight

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival
