• Wonderful Farm House Experience Near Dripping Springs

  This home was immaculate. On the outside, there was plenty of parking for guests. The backyard offered 2 independent porches: Adirondack chairs on one side and a table and metal chairs on the other. Each morning, we were greeted by a friendly rooster ( feed him if you can). The adjacent area had 2 small burros, which we also fed.

  Regarding the inside, all wood floors and updated appliances. K-cup coffee is available, but bring creamer. The bedrooms were spacious, and each bathroom had enough towels, etc., for the stay. No TVs in bedrooms, just one small TV in the main living area. We were there for a wedding, so we were tired anyway. There was a fire pit area, but we did not have time to enjoy it.

  I would definitely return again. The pictures you see accurately represent the property.

  Very accommodating host with plenty of living room space. Great area to have a fire at night. Had our mountain bikes and to be able to secure at night in garage was great.

  Everything was wonderful. The kitchen could use a few more pans is all. I would upload photos. We took a lot of pictures. I am just computer challenged and don't know how to. It is a fantastic home and it was a wonderful time.Thank you to our contact at Evolve. He was excellent.

  Check in was keyless and easy. The kitchen was roomy, modern and clean. There was even a wine cooler. The living area was spacious, comfortable and light. The bathrooms were clean and the deep soaker tub in the master bath was a nice surprise. Our host was quick to respond, thoughtful and generous to accommodate our special requests. Overall, it was a lovely home and provided us with all that was needed to enjoy our long weekend together.in Dripping Springs.
