- If you’re heading south on Highway 35, take Exit 82 to County Line Road. Turn left at the stop sign and then right onto the access road. Make the first left turn and cross the railroad tracks
- If you’re heading north on Highway 35, take Exit 82 to County Line Road and then turn right onto the access road. Make the first left turn and cross the railroad tracks
- The property is located just past the white water towers on the right side. The property’s gate is labeled ‘Burgers Bout Time Ranch.’ After entering your assigned gate code, drive straight and make the first left. Continue until you see the vacation rental. You can park on either side of the vacation rental

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The Guest Contact will reach out with the code on the day of your arrival
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
