Great House
5/5 Ruby made sure our stay was great. Everything is provided for you. It was a great location , as we attended a softball tournament for the weekend. We would stay again in this home and maybe we will have more time to visit the different areas of Denison TX.

Austin College Homecoming Weekend
4/5 We had a great stay. It is a very comfortable home. My only suggestion would be to have a sectional large enough to accommodate all the guests in the living room and maybe a coffee maker that made a pot of coffee:).

Regarding the sectional, it fits the living area perfectly, a bigger one won’t fit in there. I have extra chairs and bench to accommodate 6 guests comfortably. The coffee maker is for single cup, so everyone can make their own coffee to their liking. Hope that helps explain why I have the sofa and the coffee maker the way they are!"Awesome property
