  Everything was clean and inviting. A sun screen over the back sliding doors didn't work but I rigged a way to raise it so it didn't interfere with passing through to the patio. The owner was aware of the problem and my fix.

  Beautiful home with breathtaking views. The pool is refreshing and relaxing. Close to Laughlin Air Force Base. The owner was considerate and easy to work with.

  Stayed for a fishing tournament and the house was awesome and the host was extremely helpful and very nice. We will be staying there again!

• Beautiful place but some things to note

  The house itself is gorgeous and views are 10/10. However there’s a few things that should be mentioned as an fyi for future renters. We loved the home we just didn’t feel very welcomed. It felt like we were intruding on someone’s home. Here’s why:

  -There is absolutely no closet space as the owners likely actively live there because they were all full of the family’s clothes and shoes and etc. So if you are staying longer than a couple days just know you don’t have a place to hang or store your clothes.

  -Per the owner the hot tub is not available for renters to use which is why he said it’s not listed however it does show it in the pictures. So somewhat deceptive.

  -You aren’t allowed to use their bar or drink any of their liquor so be sure to bring your own if you plan to have any cocktails or wine or etc.

  -The owner stated that rain was possibly the reason the WiFi was spotty all weekend so just just know that, if you are needing WiFi while you are on your trip.

  -The fridge had space however the only pull out drawers and space on the door was all occupied by the owners food and condiments. We didn’t use as it’s not ours but we did have to get a little creative with the space we had.

  -Lastly, and this one is just more of an fyi and absolutely not in the owners control, but if it’s raining just know you will hear loud bullfrogs all night off the master because they all like to make their way to the pool during the rain.
