Charming and Comfortable
5/5 We decided on short notice to do a little 'north Texas wine trail' visit, so we wanted a fun place to settle. We found this little gem that was even willing to do a one night stay! My wife loved the detail touches in the apartment!
The sitting area and bed were super comfortable, and a couple of bottles of water and good coffee for Keurig were greatly appreciated!
Note: the A/C worked super well, but the controller is in the hallway and that would be helpful to know. Also, the stairs are steep if accessibility is an issue, it might be an issue.
In short: We loved it and will be happy to stay here (or try the 'Dean Martin' themed apartment next to it!)

Perfect spot!
5/5 Decatur Suites is a quirky, comfortable and perfect spot to stay when visiting the area. It is on the town square with a great coffee shop, stores, and several excellent restaurants only a quick stroll away.
The building is more than 120 years old, and the owners have done an excellent job updating it while keeping it unique with furnishings and amenities. The Dean Martin suite has windows that face the courthouse (currently under renovations) and the square. Perfect spot to watch the town come alive. At night, it’s quiet and peaceful.
The owners are very helpful and responded quickly with requests and questions.
