CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- This unit is located in the back building closest to the parking entry gate. Guests may enter the complex through the pedestrian gates located in the outdoor corridors. The pedestrian gate code is 1713
- Pull to left as close to keypad as able to enter code. The code to the the parking lot gate is 3100. When exiting, the parking gate will open automatically
- The code for the pedestrian gate from the parking lot is 1713
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your reservation, then, press the middle padlock button
- To lock when exiting, press the center padlock button. Due to the door's insulation, you may need to gently pull on the door before pressing the center button
- The laundry room code is 7575
- Please refer to table tent on table in unit for additional property/unit info
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
