3/5 Old rundown apartment building. Parking is extremely tight. Bedroom had blinds. Outside had lots of flood lights. Needs black out curtains. Chelsea’s corner is next door. Very convenient with great food. However it’s a party place and was very noisy. The washer and dryer are for everyone in another area. They looked brand new but said out of order, even though the manager had towels and sheets out there to wash. Had a hard time locking the front door. Finally figured out had to pull the door up to lock it.
