Weekend in the SMU area
3/5 The apartment is dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The lack of towels and bedding was problem. Two bath towels and a throw blanket on the bed is not acceptable. The location is great and very walkable

From the Owner, we provide all our guests with 2-3 fresh towels upon check-in. There are also fresh sheets on the bed as well with an extra full set available in the closet if needed.
- We also provide an on-site washer and dryer at no charge with detergent pods if you need to wash any towels or other items.
- We are available for all our guests and wish you had reached out while you were at the property.
We would have done what we could to rectify the issues you had.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
