CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The parking area is gated. The parking gate code is 3100. When exiting, the parking gate will open automatically. The code for the hallway pedestrian gate from the parking lot is #1713
- This unit is on the first level with access from McKinney Avenue and is on the opposite side of the property from the parking gate
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Reach out to the Guest Contact to confirm your phone number so they can set up the access code
- To enter, enter the code and then press the center button with a symbol of a lock
- To lock when exiting, press the center padlock button. Due to the door's insulation, you may need to gently pull on the door before pressing the center button
- The laundry room code is 7575
- To access the back pool area, enter through the pedestrian gate in the middle of the property in the hallway with mailboxes
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash to the dumpster in the back parking lot. The trash gate key lock box combo code is 4222. Remove the key, unlock the cage, dump the trash, and put the key back in the lockbox
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in the basket provided
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- To lock the door when exiting, press the center padlock button (due to the door's insulation, you may need to gently pull on the door before pressing the center button)
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking

- Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No glass containers in the pool area. Tenants/guests only, no lifeguard on duty – swim at own risk
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
