Spacious well Appointed Unit
5/5 This unit surpasses expectations. There are unexpected details such as phone chargers on both sides of the bed. The unit has a large bedroom, living room, washer/dryer, office, and full kitchen. The patio is lovely. It is an easy walk to Greenville Ave. the owners have excellent communication. I highly recommend this property, and will be staying here my next visit to Dallas.

5/5 This is a charming guest house in a great neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, grocery stories also having welcoming and responsive hosts.
Nice location, nice bungalow, good experience
5/5 Great location with easy walks to good restaurants and bars. Nice bungalow with equally nice hosts. Perfect for our trip with easy access to SMU. The parking spot is a tight fit; I definitely wouldn’t want to park an F150 or similar there. We were able to park a mid-sized SUV, but it was tight.
