  Great location for us, super close to our relatives that we were visiting. 5 minute drive to their house. House was lovely, great backyard. Super easy check in and check out. Highly recommend.

  Hi Patrick, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize if you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
  - I do pay for most of the popular streaming apps. If guests want to watch local news channels, they certainly can. We wish you would have reached out during your stay since we would have been happy to guide you to an app that shows local news channels as well as all the cable channels.
  - It’s standard at vacation rentals for the homeowner to provide a starter supply of essentials for guests’ convenience. There are brand new coffee K-cups in the drawer right below the Keurig. There are currently four different brands of coffee available for our guests to enjoy, and we do our best to keep that drawer fully stocked.
  - The current shower head is new and the only way to remedy the water pressure is to redo the entire plumbing of the shower and bathroom. Also, the bathroom exhaust fan does work. It’s just a silent fan so you can barely hear it when it turns on. It’s also brand new and was installed when the bathroom was recently remodeled.
  - I apologize for the bed not being made to your standards. We have talked with our cleaning crew to ensure this issue does not recur for future travelers. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay. We would've been more than happy to send our cleaning crew to resolve your concerns and make your stay more comfortable.
  - As for the door handle falling off, I do apologize. The home is over 100 years old, so it's not perfect and will have its quirks from time to time. I can assure you that the door handle has been replaced and is now working properly.
  - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay. Thanks for letting us know about your experience!

  I enjoyed a delightful stay at this charming house. The interior is tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean, and boasts a well-equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials and more. The bed is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

  While it seems the windows may not open, the house has a fresh and clean ambiance with no lingering odors or chemicals. The large-screen TV offers a variety of channels for entertainment. The bathroom is well-appointed, complete with shampoo and conditioner. A lovely sitting area in the backyard adds to the overall appeal.

  The location is fantastic - a safe and quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, numerous cafes, and restaurants.

  Danielle, the host, is incredibly accommodating. She responded promptly to all my inquiries within minutes. I'm eagerly anticipating the opportunity to stay here again.
