  What a wonderful stay w/ just about anything you need to feel at home. Great place! & although the clouds showed up at sunset, the view was amazing - so peaceful.

  Front porch light is not working and it is very dark without it. Lockbox would not work when I tried to put the key back in it when we left. Property is very plain but works.

  Hi Brett, we want all of our guests to feel safe and comfortable during their stay, and we're sorry you encountered a few issues. After following up with the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:
  - I wasn't aware the porch light was burned out, but it will be replaced shortly to ensure better visibility.
  - I recently replaced the old door lock with a keyless keypad for easier access, so the lockbox is no longer needed.
  - I’m always looking for ways to improve the property, so any specifics on what you meant by the property being "plain" would be very helpful.
