• Clean, beautiful, perfect!

  My first impression when I opened the door was “wow it smells so fresh and clean!” The entire condo was spotless. Hard wood floors throughout- not a speck of dust or dirt. Decor is beautiful and home-y. The furniture is comfortable. On the middle floor is the kitchen/dining/living room and half bath. There is plenty of room-dining room seating for 10 plus two chairs at a high top table and more at the peninsula. There’s plenty of silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, etc as well as about anything you need for cooking/ baking.

  Pre teen kids stayed on the bottom floor with their own bathroom and tv. They hooked up their gaming system. Full bed, trundle bed, pull out seat/ futon and two big bean bag chairs. They loved it!

  My parents (in their 80’s) stayed in the two queen beds on the third floor- one soft mattress for mom and one firm mattress for dad. They shared a bathroom. My husband and I stayed in the third floor master- very comfortable and roomy, with a huge master bathroom. The spa tub was great! We didn’t need it, but I noticed a toddler bed in the master closet and a pack n play in one of the other closets.

  It was wonderful having a washer and dryer. We used it throughout the week.

  We took the golf cart down to the beach every day- very convenient. The beach was perfect for us. Soft sand for our kids to build sand castles at the back of the beach, packed down sand easy for walking at the front, and with bare feet the sand at the water felt like velvet! we collected lots of beautiful and unique seashells. There were beach chairs and sand toys in the garage. The hose in front of the garage made rinsing the golf cart, beach supplies, and shoes easy. We were able to fit a Yukon xl in the open garage space.

  We used the community grill to bbq (bring you propane tank). Plenty of area restaurants too.

  We visited the aquarium and “the Lexington” during our trip- close by in Corpus Christi.

  We stayed for my husband’s birthday and new years. Even at that time of year the weather was nice and the kids even got in the ocean on a 70 degree sunny day!

  I’m looking forward to future vacations here- already booked the next one!

  This property is fantastic! It is spacious and beautifully decorated. Since we were away from home on Christmas it was wonderful that there was a small lighted Christmas tree when we entered for the first time it was a welcome sight. I had never seen a rental large enough to have a dining table set up with 10 place settings! The beach area is just a short distance away and it is also wonderful. We did not use the golf cart that is available, but we easily walked the several blocks to the beach. We highly recommend this property.

  The condo is absolutely stunning. It accommodated our family with varying age guest from little to big with plenty of room. The location is easy to access the beach and close to great eats. We will certainly be back!
