Great location
4/5 We always love staying out at Mystic Harbor Location is great, walkable neighborhood, close to family. We had a hiccup when we found German roaches scattering when we turned lights on. Not a million, but some. We are from South Texas and we get it, Corpus is buggy, but you may wanna get a couple more fumigations bc people probably bring their own bugs, in boxes, cars, etc. Otherwise we had a great time with our family and appreciate the immediate responses to our issues. Host is friendly but.
2/5 We had a few hiccups, we didn’t get a boat pass left in our unit like we were supposed to however that was okay since we didn’t unhitch our trailer. There was also a leak in the bathroom. It was minor and the host offered to send out a plumber. The bed is reeeeal rough. If you have a bad back you’re better off sleeping on the couch. The host was very very kind and communicated well my biggest issue was the cleaning fee. It’s somewhat of a high cleaning fee to have to be the one who does half the work- stripping the beds/trash to the dumpster. This isn’t usually an issue since we do this typically however having a higher cleaning fee you would assume you wouldn’t have to do those things.
Otherwise it’s a decent place and the perk is the boat dock

A wonderful place to stay
5/5 The unit is well appointed and comfortable. The decor is beach themed and pleasant. It is a great location easy to beach or Corpus Christi. I was here for work, but it would be a great vacation spot.

Nice Low Key Stay
4/5 Great location. The a/c was set at the perfect temperature for our arrival. Quiet neighbors. The apartment was the right size for 3 to 4 people. Enjoyed the pool as well.
