Really disappointed.
2/5 This VRBO was not properly cleaned and in disrepair. Broken mirror frame, broken microwave handle, broken blinds, bent shower rod, balcony was filthy to the point that we could not use it. Windows were dirty, kitchen drawer was broken, bathroom lighting rusted and bulbs not working and/or missing and the bathroom sink had rusted through. Contacted owner and management company Evolve.Took multiple photos. I have never had a problem with a VRBO before and I do not understand how this condo had such high ratings.

Excellent accommodations!
5/5 Highly recommend this property, very clean and everything we needed to feel at home.
Excellent communication with the property management during our stay (our pool key needed activated) and it was taken care of immediately.
We will be back next year!
